Trading in stocks involves significant risk. You understand and acknowledge that trading carries the risk of substantial financial loss, including the potential loss of your entire investment. World View Alpha does not guarantee any success, profit, or positive outcome from using the Framework. You are fully aware of the risks involved and agree to use the Framework at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless World View Alpha, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Framework or your breach of these Terms.

World View Alpha reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and you are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
